Over the last nine years we’ve been researching all aspects of health and wellness. What started off as a personal project to eat a natural, plant-based diet to improve her health, became Ella’s career and the purpose of our company. We’ve worked with a large range of leading researchers and scientists from around the world on all aspects of our wellbeing, and have consolidated these learnings into the five key pillars we believe support holistic health and wellness - plant-based food, water, exercise, sleep and mindfulness.
