This date shake is just heaven; I absolutely love it! Whenever I need something sweet but don’t want to start baking I head for this shake – it's so sweet and creamy and satisfies any sweet craving perfectly.
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 250ml almond milk, or any other plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons date syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla powder, optional
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Pulse until smooth.
