Almond Butter & Coffee Shake
This is such a quick, easy and delicious way to start your morning. The almond butter and oats give the shake an incredibly smooth, creamy texture. We love to use almond milk here, but feel free to substitute with your favourite plant-based alternative.
- 1 espresso shot
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 240ml almond milk, or any other plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Pulse until smooth.
