We're excited to share our most popular recipe from our recent partnership with The Salad Project! The Super Green Salad Bowl is packed with 12 different plants, garlicky sourdough croutons and a creamy green tahini dressing.
Serve with a dollop of our Miso Butter Bean Dip — simply add 1 tin of butter beans (drained), 1½ tablespoons of white miso paste, 1½ tablespoons of tahini, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, the juice of 1 lime and a pinch of salt to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. Taste to check the seasoning and adjust as needed.
