This is the recipe for our delicious Nutty Granola. We love to enjoy it with almond milk and a handful of fresh berries, or as a topping on coconut yoghurt or smoothie bowls.

    Preheat the oven to 140C (275F), fan setting.

    Line a large baking tray with baking parchment.
  3. 3

    Heat the coconut oil and maple syrup over a low heat until melted.
  4. 4

    Remove the pan from the heat and add the orange juice.
  5. 5

    Mix the rest of the ingredients in a big bowl and pour in the oil and syrup mixture.
  6. 6

    Spread the mixture evenly over the lined tray and bake for about 45 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown.
