This recipe was the inspiration behind our on-the-go almond & blueberry protein ball. We love the addition of hemp powder to the recipe, which along with the almonds and almond butter, makes this a great snack packed with 8g of protein per ball.

  • 180g medjool dates
  • 65g almond butter
  • 55g almonds
  • 40g hemp protein
  • 35g date syrup
  • 25g freeze dried blueberries
  1. Begin by placing the almonds in the food processor and pulsing until they are nicely crushed. Add the medjool dates, almond butter, hemp protein, date syrup and freeze dried blueberries and pulse until it’s fully mixed. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a 50g ball. Continue doing this until the mixture is finished. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
