Method:

To make the compote, place the raspberries, blackberries and maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium—low heat. Cook for 4—5 minutes until softened. Leave to cool, then store in the fridge until needed.

For the overnight oats, simply stir the ingredients together in a bowl or Tupperware, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, stir well, adding a splash of milk if needed. Top with the blackberry compote and a drizzle of almond butter.
