Sweet Potato & Black Bean Shepherd’s Pie

Our vegan Sweet Potato & Black Bean Shepherd’s Pie is a real favourite on our app and at home. We sauté the beans with mushrooms, tomatoes and paprika, before adding the sweet potatoes and polenta mash. It’s then quickly frozen to lock in the delicious flavour. All you need to do is pop the tray in the oven from frozen and it will be ready in 50 minutes. We love to add some green beans and spinach with mustard seeds for a delicious dinner for two.
