How It Works

Welcome to 7-Days of Movement Plan

This plan is all about making it easy to sweat, stretch, strengthen and energize with a curated mix of our most popular workouts – yoga, barre and Pilates. Under the expert guidance of Cordelia, Cynthia and Yas, you’ll find new and inspiring ways to move your body this week. 

The classes are suitable for all abilities, whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned pro. Most classes range from 15 to 25 minutes (with a beautifully restorative 40-minute yoga flow on the last day to help round out the plan), so they can be easily fitted into busy schedules We’ve also designed the plan in a way so that each class builds on the one before, ensuring each area of the body is worked effectively and evenly, and that there is enough time for restoration to allow you to feel the maximum benefits. 

We know finding time for movement can be hard, but that it makes the world of difference to our mental and physical health when we do carve out that time and we hope this makes it really easy for you. 

How to Progress Through the Plan

We highly recommend doing the classes on the days suggested, to get the most out of the plan. However, the plans have also been designed to be as flexible as possible to fit into busy schedules. 

While the classes must be completed in the order suggested (as they build upon each other), you control when to progress through the plan. Simply complete the class / practice for that day to mark it as complete or alternatively, you can simply mark the day as complete when you’re finished (or if you need to skip a day for whatever reason). 

If you can’t do the classes that day, it doesn’t matter - just do your best and what feels right for you and your body - the plan is intended to enhance your life, not create more stress.

Restarting or Ending the Plan

If you need to restart or end the plan, simply head to the bottom of the plan’s screen.

Where Can I Find My Plan

All plans are now found in the plans hub on the bottom nav not the homescreen. This includes your ‘active plans’ that you’re currently in. To access, simply tap on the thumbnail of the plan in your ‘active plans’ section.
