Blueberry, Peach and Oat Smoothie

This is my favourite smoothie at the moment, it’s absolute perfect for summer as it’s so sweet and refreshing. I’ve been making it for breakfast after my workouts this week.

2 small peaches

About 100g of frozen blueberries

150ml of almond milk (or any other plant based milk)

2 tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds

1 tablespoon of oats

1 teaspoon of almond butter or tahini

1 teaspoon of vanilla powder


Simply cut the peach flesh off the stone, then place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
