Book Two Launch Day!
I am SO excited to say that book two is now officially out and for sale in the UK! I hope you all love this book as much as I do. It’s focused one everyday day eating, from simple weekday suppers (that really do take ten minutes) to big batch meals (that you can make for lots of people in one pot or freeze for simple ready meals), work/on-the-go meals and of course some sweet treats. It’s making healthy living easy for busy people – no equipment, no complicated ingredients and lots of deliciousness using accessible ingredients, which means it’s all much more inexpensive. The photos below are of some of my favourite recipes – spiced pear and apple crumble, quinoa and turmeric curry, chocolate caramel bars, veggie paella, chocolate ganache cake, wilted squash and black bean salad, raspberry and coconut mousse and sweet potato stew – yum. The book is for sale now for half price on Amazon and in Waterstones, can’t wait to see all your creations from it! For those of you in the US and Canada I’m happy to say that the book will be out in early April, and you can pre-order it here. There are also lots of translations coming so I’ll keep you all posted on that.
