Banana Ice Cream

This recipe is completely incredible. It’s almost unbelievable in that it is so insanely easy, only requires one ingredient and absolutely no time, effort or skill yet it tastes divine.

Serves 2

– 4 very ripe bananas

Optional add in’s

– a few tablespoons of almond butter

– 1 frozen mango

– date syrup

– cinnamon

Simple remove the bananas fom their skin, slice them into pieces and place the pieces in the freezer for around 6 hours or over night.

Then put the frozen banana chips into a food processor and blend into ice cream! This should take a few minutes, depending on how many bananas you have used.

Scoop and serve. You can also store the ice cream in the freezer once it is made.
