Cinnamon, Date & Blueberry Smoothie
I’m really loving my smoothies at the moment. Try adding frozen banana to yours next time, I’ve been doing it recently and it creates a lovely thick texture, much more so than normal bananas!
– 2 small bananas
– 1 cup of blueberries (180g)
– 1 cup of raspberries (160g)
– 1/2 a cup of almond milk (125ml)
– 4 medjool dates
– 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Remove the stones from the dates and peel the bananas. Then place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth creamy smoothie forms, this should take 2-3 minutes.
