Peanut butter is one of my favourite foods in the world, so making our own one is a dream come true! We get through a jar or two a week in our house, both my kids and I are obsessed. I love that it’s smooth enough to spread perfectly yet still has a lovely crunch to it. We use it for everything spreading it on simple peanut butter toast, dolloping it on porridge or pancakes, adding it to dressings, dips, satay sauces or peanutty curries and stews.
