When I want a simple, comforting meal, this is what I use. I sauté a few cloves of garlic with olive oil and salt, then pan-fry some greens (broccoli, peas, edamame, courgettes, spinach etc), once they’re ready I stir in the spinach fusilli, a little\pasta water and a few spoonful’s of our pesto. Topped with black pepper and sea salt, it’s a perfect 15-minute meal!
