what is workplace wellness? 

workplace wellness is our way of enabling companies and organisations to invest in the physical and mental wellbeing of their team by purchasing multiple subscriptions to the deliciously ella app. managers will have access via a login to their account admin, enabling them to manage and add users, download invoices and manage their account. 

what is included in the deliciously ella app?

the deliciously ella app contains over 600 delicious plant-based recipes and 200+ yoga, Pilates and cardio videos, plus guided meditations, articles, podcasts and much more for plant-based living inspiration. we update all this content weekly!

we’ve also recently introduced our new intuitive tracking tool, my tracker. the tool serves up personalised weekly wellness plans across our 5 pillars of wellness to help you reach your wellness goals. 

how does the deliciously ella app employee experience differ from the consumer app?

there is no difference between the two. workplace wellness simply enables companies to purchase a subscription to the app for their employees so their team are able to access it free of charge.  

can I add more subscriptions to my team after initial payment?

yes, you can edit your plan at any time to add more subscriptions for more employees to enjoy. You will be charged pro-rata for the remainder of the subscription period for each additional employee. 

can I revoke access for an employee? If so, what happens to the remainder of their yearly subscription? 

yes, absolutely. in the workplace wellness admin section, you can resend the invite email and remove access for an individual. this does not trigger any comms to them but means their subscription becomes invalid. 

the remainder of the subscription can be used by another employee: simply invite them using the regular methods. we are unable to offer refunds, as outlined in our T&Cs. 

can I bulk upload users? 

yes, you can upload users using a CSV file.

I downloaded the app from the app store and it’s still asking me to pay to subscribe, what’s wrong?

in order for the paid subscription to be recognised, you must click on the ‘download or ‘sign up’ buttons from step 1 and 2 in the invitation email. 

a team member didn’t receive the invite email, what can I do now?

in your workplace admin account, you can ‘resend’ the invite email or click on ‘copy link’ which you can send to that individual team member directly. this link is best accessed from a mobile device so it can take the user straight to the app or play store.

can I sign up on the app using my personal email? 

yes, provided you use the instructions on the invitation email. you can ‘sign up’ in the app itself using any email address (this is your account in the app). 

e.g. my subscription is linke to my invited email address but my account on the app with my saved information can be under another email address if I choose.

what communication will my team receive from deliciously ella once I have signed them up?  

once you have purchased the subscription, you will be asked to enter the email addresses of your team members. As soon as you select “invite users” they will receive an email from deliciously ella letting them know they have been gifted an annual subscription and they will receive instructions on how to set up their account. 

how do I access my workplace wellness admin portal?

make a note of your login and password and follow steps here: https://workplace.deliciouslyella.com/login 

our company is not based in the UK, can we still subscribe to workplace wellness for our team? 

yes you can. in the sign-up process you will be asked to enter the “country” field. you will then see the correct price for your country and in the appropriate currency, including the relevant VAT/taxes.

the app itself has no location restrictions apart from our video content is hosted on vimeo which is unavailable in Indonesia and China.

I am interested in workplace wellness for a much larger team / whole company. do we sign up in the same way? 

we are able to do manual invoicing for larger companies (> 100 employees) through an enterprise agreement and can also help with the setup process. please get in touch at workplace@deliciouslyella.com. we can also assist you if you  have already set up a smaller team but would like to move to an enterprise agreement. 

as the admin user/manager of the team, is there any way that I can see how my employees are using and engaging with the app? 

within the workplace wellness admin section, you will be able to manage your users and see who has downloaded the subscription and who is still pending. we are working on more detailed insights to enable you to measure the impact and hope to have something exciting to share soon. 

what if someone on my team already has a deliciously ella subscription?

if a team member would like to replace their personal subscription with a workplace wellness subscription, they will need to cancel it in their Apple or Google accounts and then redeem from the invite email as other members do too. any questions – get in touch.

my workplace wellness annual subscription is coming to an end. how do I renew? what happens when the contract ends? 

your subscription will renew automatically assuming your card details are still valid. you can change the auto-renewal setting and update card details within your workplace wellness section if needed.

I want to purchase the deliciously ella app for my sports team/music group/book club. can I still use workplace wellness even though we don’t work together?

yes you can, you will just need to know the email addresses of the people you wish to add. as an individual you will be bound by our T&Cs so please read carefully.
