Prize draw runs from 01:00 Monday 18th April 2022 to 01:00am 31st May 2022. The winner will be picked at random and contacted within 72 hours of the closing time.

 

Terms & Conditions – UKI

 

1) This prize draw is open to residents of the UK  aged 18 or over.

 

2) Proof of age may be required. The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of The Mae Deli Ltd, anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies.

 

3) There is a limit of one entry per unique Instagram handle, users must follow @deliciouslyella, share an Instagram story including a photograph of a deliciously ella branded taxi and tag @deliciouslyella to enter.

 

4) There will be one winner, the winner will be notified by deliciously ella.

 

5) There will be one winner of a year’s supply of deliciously ella food products, and annual subscription to the Feel Better App. The winner will receive 12 x £30 coupons, valid for 1 year from the issue date and redeemable on the Deliciously Ella online store https://deliciouslyella.com/product-category/our-products/all/. Coupons redeemable against Deliciously Ella food products only. Deliciously Ella chilled or frozen range is not available on the Deliciously Ella online store. The coupons are not exchangeable for gift cards. The App subscription will be redeemable through a voucher code available to use on the Apple app store or the Google Play Store. 6) The closing date and time for entries is 12.59am 31st May 2022. Entries after this date and time will not be included in the prize draw.

 

7) Prize winner will be contacted within 14 days of the draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select another winner.

 

8) The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available. In the case of cancellation due to covid-19, the winner will be offered 2x alternative dates to choose from.

 

9) We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

 

10) We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.

 

11) By being entered into this prize draw you acknowledge deliciously ella will process your personal data as required to meet these terms. Your consent will be obtained if we need to share your personal data with a third party for the purposes only of administering this promotion, such as delivering prizes. 15) By participating in this prize draw you agree that we may publish or make available your name and country of residence. Prize winners’ first name and country of residence will be available on request, for 60 days after the winners are announced by sending an email to hello@deliciouslyella.com. You can object to the publishing or making available of your name and country of residence by hello@deliciouslyella.com. However, we may still be required to share this information with relevant authorities or for other legal purposes.
