sweet potato & black bean shepherd’s pie
Our vegan Sweet Potato & Black Bean Shepherd’s Pie is a real favourite on our app and at home. We sauté the beans with mushrooms, tomatoes and paprika, before adding the sweet potatoes and polenta mash. It’s then quickly frozen to lock in the delicious flavour. We love to add some green beans and spinach with mustard seeds for a delicious dinner for one.
