Pop Up Lunch and Dinner at the Manchester Food Festival

We’re so excited to be at Manchester Food & Drink Festival this year – we’ll be hosting two four course banquets on Saturday September  30th, one for lunch and one for supper. Sweet corn chowder with coconut cream and coriander, served with freshly made spelt bread

Creamy artichoke, edamame, butter bean and tahini dip

Black rice with piquillo peppers, pistachios, sultanas and lemon zest

Roasted aubergine, tomato and basil salad 

Sweet potato wedges with tahini, coriander, spring onions and chilli
