The awesome thing about this way of eating is that you can still enjoy all kinds of delicious chocolate-based treats; you just need to replace cocoa powder with raw cacao powder. It tastes exactly the same but it’s so much better for you, it’s actually so good for you – you can even eat it for breakfast! I use both cacao nibs and powder. Unlike cocoa powder cacao is not refined, which means that it still contains all of the original vitamins and minerals that are lost in the process of making cocoa.
