Terms & Conditions – UKI

 

1) This prize draw is open to residents of the UK & Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over.

 

2) Proof of age may be required. The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of The Mae Deli Ltd, anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies.

 

3) There is a limit of one prize draw entry per unique email address and each unique email address used to enter the prize draw will constitute one entry.

 

4) There will be one winner of the private wellness retreat for two people in London, the winner will be notified by deliciously ella and offered 3x weekend dates between July-September 2022 to select from. The winner will be entitled to redeem their prize over one of the three weekends offered. The winner will receive return travel tickets for 2 people from their place of residence to Central London, an overnight stay in one hotel room at TreeHouse Hotel, 14-15 Langham Pl, London W1B 2QS, a 3 hour yoga & mindfulness session for 2 at a wellness space in Central London, a 3 course dinner and drinks at Plants restaurant, 18 Weighhouse St, London W1K 5LU and breakfast at Plants restaurant, 18 Weighhouse St, London W1K 5LU.

 

5) There will be one winner of a year’s supply of deliciously ella food products. The winner will receive 12 x £30 coupons, valid for 1 year from the issue date and redeemable on the Deliciously Ella online store https://deliciouslyella.com/product-category/our-products/all/. Coupons redeemable against Deliciously Ella food products only. Deliciously Ella chilled or frozen range is not available on the Deliciously Ella online store.

 

6) There will be 1000 winners of an annual subscription to the Feel Better app. The subscription will be redeemable through a code on our website.

 

7) The closing date and time for entries into the 10-year anniversary prize draw is 23.59 on 30th June 2022. Entries after this date and time will not be included in the prize draw.

 

8) Winners will be drawn at random by a computer-generated system that produces verifiable random results on the 1st July.

 

9) Prize winners will be contacted within 14 days of the draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select another winner.

 

. In the case of cancellation due to covid-19, the winner will be offered 2x alternative dates to choose from.

 

11) We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

 

12) We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.

 

13) By being entered into this prize draw you acknowledge deliciously ella will process your personal data as required to meet these terms. Your consent will be obtained if we need to share your personal data with a third party for the purposes only of administering this promotion, such as delivering prizes. 14) Winner(s) may be required to take part in promotional events in connection with this prize draw. Deliciously ella will seek the Winner(s) prior written permission before they take part in the promotional events.

16) All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.

 

17) By participating in this prize draw you agree that we may publish or make available your name and country of residence. Prize winners’ first name and country of residence will be available on request, for 60 days after the winners are announced by sending an email to hello@deliciouslyella.com. You can object to the publishing or making available of your name and country of residence by hello@deliciouslyella.com. However, we may still be required to share this information with relevant authorities or for other legal purposes.
