Toasted Hazelnut, Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Cookies

These are one of our all time favourite cookie recipes as they’re so simple to make and don’t take long at all to cook. The ground hazelnuts make a delicious nutty flavour, while the coconut oil creates a gooey centre, with big chunks of melted chocolate running through every bite.
