Hummus is a staple in our house and I love how versatile it is. I use it to dip crackers and crudités into, dollop it on the side of big salads or bowls of grains and spread it onto thick slices of sourdough for sandwiches. For super creamy hummus, make sure you take the time to remove the chickpea skins, it’s not essential, but it does make it that bit creamier and more delicious.
