This simple, yet seriously satisfying, 4-ingredient smoothie comes together in moments — the perfect afternoon snack or light breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

    (fresh/frozen)

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

    (+ drizzle to decorate, optional)

  • 2.2 oz frozen raspberries

    (+ sprinkle to decorate, optional)

  • 5 fl oz almond milk

Method:

    Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender or NutriBullet and blitz until smooth and creamy. Serve topped with some extra fruit and peanut butter, if desired.
