The combination of lemon and ginger gives each sip of this juice an awesomely tangy kick, while the kale adds a nicely savoury touch that stops the carrot and orange from becoming overly sweet. Don’t worry it’s still delicious though as their sweetness is not totally destroyed by the tanginess of the veggies! I’m not a huge fan of pure veggie juice, it’s too bitter for me, especially first thing in the morning so I always add a little fruit for sweetness.
