We made this hummus at an event and it was so popular. You can use frozen peas, which make it so much easier, plus the green colour is amazing. We love to drizzle ours with a little lemon juice and olive oil before serving.
To make the hummus extra creamy, place chickpeas into a large bowl and cover with water. Rub the chickpeas until the skins come off, drain and use as normal, discarding the skins.
