1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons coconut oil
melted (+ extra for cooking
13.5 fl oz plant-based milk
(we used soya milk)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
(+ extra to serve)
3.5 oz 70% cocoa dark chocolate
roughly chopped
4–5 bananas
sliced into 1cm / .25” thick rounds
pinch of sea salt
