Deliciously Ella Breakfast Competitions - Terms & Conditions

  1. General Information

    • These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional competitions and offers listed below, running through January and February 2024. By entering any of these competitions or redeeming the offers, you agree to be bound by these terms and any decisions made by Deliciously Ella regarding the competitions or offers.
    • Competitions hosted on Instagram are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

  2. Eligibility

    • Open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over unless otherwise stated.
    • Employees of Deliciously Ella, their immediate family members, and anyone directly connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
    • Instagram competitions require a public account to verify entries.

  3. Competitions

    1. Tag Your Office to Win a Deliciously Ella Breakfast
      • To enter, tag your company or office in the comments section of the Instagram competition post.
      • The prize includes a catered Deliciously Ella breakfast buffet for your office (up to 50 people).
        • The winning office will be randomly selected on 1st March 2025.
    2. Tag a Friend to Win a Breakfast Bundle
      • To enter, tag a friend in the comments section of the Instagram competition post.
      • Both you and your tagged friend will win a Deliciously Ella Ultimate Breakfast Bundle.
      • Winners will be randomly selected and contacted on 1st March 2025.
    3. Premium Membership Random Draw
      • Any premium Deliciously Ella member (no longer in a free trial period) is automatically entered - in all territories where deliciouslyella.com can deliver
      • Two winners will be randomly selected to receive a year’s supply of Deliciously Ella breakfast products:
        • The January winner will be selected and contacted on February 1st 2025.
        • The February winner will be selected and contacted on March 1st 2025.
      • The prize includes a curated selection of Deliciously Ella breakfast products, representing a 12-month supply, delivered in two separate shipments over the course of the year.
    4. Share Your Breakfast Photo Competition
      • To enter, share a photo of your breakfast using the hashtag #DEBreakfastClub and tag @deliciouslyella on Instagram.
      • Only entries from public accounts are eligible.
      • Weekly winners will be chosen every Monday from posts the week before during January and February 2024.
      • Each winner will receive a Deliciously Ella Ultimate Breakfast Bundle.

  4. Offers

    1. Free Month of Deliciously Ella Premium Membership
      • The first month of premium membership is free for new members only.
      • Offer is valid for memberships started during January and February 2024.
      • After the free month, membership will auto-renew at the standard rate unless cancelled.
    2. Free Box of Granola for Premium Members
      • Premium members can claim one free box of granola on orders made through the Deliciously Ella website in January or February 2024.
      • Offer limited to one box per person.
      • Shipping fees may apply unless qualifying for free shipping thresholds.

  5. Additional Terms

    • By entering, participants agree that Deliciously Ella may use their name, Instagram handle, and photo entries for promotional purposes.
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
    • Deliciously Ella reserves the right to modify or withdraw any competition or offer at any time without prior notice.
    • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Please ignore & report any accounts claiming to be us, we will never ask you to click a link or share bank details if you have won.
