Tone & Sculpt Classes

Exercise has a myriad of benefits from improving our mental health, lowering our stress levels, boosting our immune systems, increasing our energy levels, and improving heart health, as well as helping build muscle. If you’re looking to build lean muscle and feel more toned and sculpted, these are great classes to add to your week. They’re all under 30 minutes and designed to be done at home.

It’s worth noting you’ll see the best results with a focus on consistency, even if some weeks you’re only able to opt for a series of very short classes. You can switch these up with some uplifting yoga flows, quick HIIT, and some cardio-focused classes too, helping to create more variety and move your body in different ways.

Focusing on hydration, protein-rich meals, and proper nutrition is also essential if you’re looking to tone up. Water is essential for muscle function; protein is key for muscle growth and repair; and healthy, balanced meals with protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats, plus lots of fruit and vegetables will support optimum energy – making exercising that little bit easier.

Remember to prioritise rest and recovery to give your muscles time to recover.
