With two small children and a business, life is busy and I often find myself getting to the evening still feeling like my mind is going a million miles an hour.
I really value having a bit of a wind down ritual for myself, to ensure I properly relax and allow some time for myself in the evening. This evening routine doesn’t have to be an elaborate 10-step process; I truly believe in simplicity, and making healthy habits work for you.
With that in mind, these are my go-to classes for evenings when I really need a little help relaxing. If your current evening routine doesn’t include any wind down rituals, I’d suggest starting with one or two practices to try this week and figure out what works for you.

Similar to my favourite morning classes, having clear separation between your time to relax and the rest of your busy day can make a world of difference.

If I’ve been sitting at my desk all day, I find myself really needing some stretchy movement to let go of any tension I’ve been holding onto.
