Dukkah is a blend of herbs, spices and seeds, originating in the Middle East, that brings beautiful flavour to any dish it tops. We use it as a vehicle to incorporate iodine-rich nori and flax and hemp seeds which are a good source of omega-3s.
Ella’s Tips
To toast hazelnuts, simply place them on a baking tray and bake at 150°C / 130°C fan until fragrant, about 15 minutes.
