Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping throughout the UK and Ireland, as well as internationally to Europe (please note shipping prices and times differ per country).

When will my order be shipped?

For orders placed by 1pm on a business day we aim to process, pack and ship your order the same day.

The email confirmation you receive when you place your order contains links which enable you to track it’s progress.

Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

At exceptionally busy times these timings might vary.

Can I track my order?

For orders in the UK & Ireland we offer a Royal Mail Tracked service; check your email confirmation for links to track your order.

For orders outside of the UK unfortunately we don’t currently offer a tracked service.

I’ve lost my confirmation email / I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake.

If you cannot find the email or have lost it please get in touch with us at hello@deliciouslyella.com and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I pay for my order?

We use a Stripe payment system; at checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.

Which shipping methods do you use?

For the UK&I we ship using a Royal Mail tracked service within the UK&I. This means you can expect delivery in around 3 working days. When you place an order you will receive an email with a shipment tracking link, which enables you to check on your order status and track it’s progress.

Outside the UK

Within Europe we use a Royal Mail Airmail Europe service; you should receive your order within 3-5 working days

I haven’t received my order, where is it?

For orders in UK&I please check your confirmation email for tracking links.

If you cannot track your parcel or you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 3 business days in the UK&I or longer than 7 business days outside the UK then please contact us at hello@deliciouslyella.com and we will be able to help.

I received my order but it’s incorrect

In the rare occasion may happen please contact us at hello@deliciouslyella.com and we will be able to help from there.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us at hello@deliciouslyella.com and we will be able to help from there.

Can I return my order?

We really hope you love your Deliciously Ella snacks, but if for some reason you aren’t happy please send us an email (at hello@deliciouslyella.com) within 30 days and we will work to resolve your query.
