We made this salad on Facebook Live today and it was one of the best salads I’ve had in ages. The shredded sprouts and peas taste amazing with the chestnut cashew cream, crispy vegan bacon and little bites of sweet cranberries. It’s a beautiful idea for a starter, or a lovely side salad.
