Eating well every day shouldn’t feel complicated — and that’s exactly why we’ve built features in the app to make home-cooking and meal planning feel simple, practical and enjoyable. From saving your favourite recipes and pulling together a shopping list, to planning your week and checking nutritional information, these tools are all about taking the stress out of cooking and making it something you genuinely look forward to.
Here’s everything you need to know to get the most out of these features:
Saving Your Favourites & Making Collections
We all love coming back to the recipes and practices that make us feel good, so we’ve made it easy to save and organise them.
Whenever you spot a recipe you’d like to save and cook, tap the little heart — either next to the title or at the top right corner when the content is open. You’ll see a pop-up letting you know it’s saved, and from there you can add it straight into a collection.

Think “easy weeknight dinners”, “birthday baking inspo”, or “morning meditations”. You can create as many collections as you like or add to ones you’ve already made!

Changed your mind? No problem — you can remove items from your favourites in the same menu. That way, all your go-to recipes, workouts and meditations are neatly stored in one place, ready whenever you need them.
How to Use the Shopping List
Meal planning feels a whole lot easier with the Shopping List tool. You’ll find it under ‘My Tools’ in the bottom right corner of the app. Simply tap ‘Shopping List’ to open it up.

Adding ingredients:
Open any recipe and tick the box next to the ingredients you need.
Want the full list? Tap ‘Add all items’ to ‘Shopping List.’
If you only need a few bits, add and remove directly from the recipe page until it’s just right.
You can also add your own extras by tapping + ‘Add item’
How it’s organised:
Your list automatically groups everything into handy grocery sections — from Fresh Fruit & Veg to Baking Ingredients and Jarred Goods. Anything you add yourself will sit under ‘Other’. You can expand or minimise each section using the arrows to keep things tidy as you shop.

Ticking things off:
At the bottom of the list you’ll also see the recipes you’ve added. Finished with one? Tap the ‘x’ to remove it (and its ingredients), or ‘Clear all’ to start fresh.
A simple way to stay organised and fuss-free in the supermarket — leaving you more time and energy to cook.
Understanding the Nutritional Information
Our focus is always on celebrating whole, natural foods that taste delicious and make you feel your best. We never want eating well to feel like a numbers game.
That said, we know some of you like to keep an eye on certain details, so we’ve included nutritional information within each recipe. While it’s carefully compiled, please keep in mind it’s a guide only and can’t be guaranteed 100% accurate.
Where to find it:
You’ll see nutritional information just below the recipe title.

Tap to open and you’ll find:
Quick guides — like “source of protein” or “2 of your 5 a day”
Allergens flagged clearly
Full nutritional tables — with macronutrients (calories, carbs, protein, etc.) first, followed by micronutrients for a fuller picture
A quick note: all values are per serving and include optional ingredients listed in the recipe. If you make swaps — say gluten-free pasta or a little less oil — the numbers will change slightly.
Think of it as a helpful tool rather than something to follow rigidly. The focus is to share recipes that inspire you to cook, eat, and feel great.
Using the Meal Planner
If you love a little structure in your week, the Meal Planner makes it easy to stay organised. You’ll find it under ‘My Tools’ in the bottom right corner of the app, right beside your Shopping List.
When you open it, you’ll see the next seven days (including today) laid out and ready to fill with delicious recipes.

Adding recipes:
From the planner itself — Tap the + under the day you’d like to plan for. You can then search by name or browse by category.
While browsing — if you see something you’d love to cook, Tap the + in the top right corner of the recipe, select ‘Add to Meal Planner’, and choose your day(s).
Planning your week:
You can add as many recipes as you like to each day — breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks if you fancy. It’s totally flexible, so you can plan as much or as little as you’d like.
Making changes:
Plans change, and that’s absolutely fine. To remove a recipe, just tap the ‘x’ in the corner of its card and it’ll disappear from your planner.
The Meal Planner is all about reducing decision fatigue, keeping you organised, and making cooking feel simple, joyful and delicious.
