Our Wilderness Banquet Menu…

We’re so excited to be coming back to Wilderness festival this year – we’ll have a pop up deli there all weekend, as well as hosting two four course banquets with my favourite menu ever! Scroll down to have a read of what we’ll be cooking and where to get your tickets…

 

As you arrive we’ll have glasses of fresh peach & lemon iced tea punch followed by a first course of homemade spelt pizzas with aubergine and garlic purée, wild mushrooms, roasted tomatoes and tender-stem broccoli….

 

Followed by a warm roasted sweet potato, courgette and red onion salad with a chilli and hazelnut dressing…

Then my favourite course – seared polenta topped with tomato relish and a shaved fennel and turnip salad…

 

And finally a lemon tart topped with verbena cream, lemon curd, homemade merengue and cherry compote…
