Date Shake

This date shake is just heaven, I absolutely love it! Whenever I need something sweet but don’t want to start baking or blending dates and nuts I head for this shake – it’s so sweet and creamy and sates any sweet craving perfectly. It couldn’t taste less healthy but yet it’s full of goodness as it’s made of the most beautiful blend of banana, almond butter, vanilla, date nectar and almond milk!

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

250ml of almond milk

2 tablespoons of almond butter

2 tablespoons of date nectar/syrup

1/4 of a teaspoon of vanilla powder

Method:

Peel the banana then place everything into a blender and blend until the shake is smooth and creamy
