The Ultimate Blueberry and Banana Breakfast Smoothie


This banana, blueberry, oat and almond smoothie is my favourite breakfast at the moment.

Makes one glass:

– 1 ripe banana

– 1/2 a cup of blueberries

– 1/2 a cup of ice cold water

– 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

– 1 tablespoon of flax seeds

– 1 tablespoon of oats

– 1 tablespoon of almond butter

– 2 medjool dates

Simply pit the dates then place all of the ingredients together in the blender and blend until smooth, this should just take a minute or two. If you like it a little runnier, add some extra water at the end.

Sip and enjoy!
